We’re thrilled to announce the latest expansion of the Simple Plan family—our new location in Eagan, MN! This is a huge step for our mission to make healthy eating easier and more accessible across the country, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome Zach Wolfe as the franchise owner bringing it to life.

Zach Wolfe is no stranger to the Simple Plan community. After a successful partnership in Austin, TX, he’s now taking on the challenge of bringing our nutritious, delicious meal prep services to Eagan and the Minneapolis area. Zach’s passion for health and fitness, combined with his commitment to building strong community partnerships, makes him the perfect fit to lead this location and share the Simple Plan experience with the Midwest.

The Eagan Location: Grab-N-Go Meals and Local Partnerships

Zach is focused on two key areas for his Eagan location: building out a Simple Plan storefront for grab-n-go meals and partnering with local organizations to help make healthy eating more accessible to the community. Construction for the new storefront is already under way and we are planning for a June 2025 grand opening party!

At the storefront, customers will be able to easily pick up fresh, nutritious meals that are prepped and ready to eat. Whether you’re in a rush or just want a healthy option without the hassle of cooking, our meals are designed to give you the convenience you need while still helping you stay on track with your goals.

In addition to the storefront, Zach will be forging partnerships with local gyms, wellness centers, and other health-focused organizations in the Minneapolis area to provide Simple Plan meals at those locations. The goal? To make it even easier for people to fuel their bodies with the right nutrients, whether they’re heading to the gym, working long hours, or juggling a busy schedule.
