We’re excited to announce the next step in Simple Plan’s growth — our new location in Appleton, WI.
This one is especially meaningful.
Not just because we’re expanding, but because of who is leading it.
Meet Parker Fischer
The Appleton location will be led by Parker Fischer, who has been the General Manager of our Eau Claire store for the past two years.
Parker has been deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, customer experience, and growth of Simple Plan — and now he’s taking the next step as a franchise owner.
He’s also a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach with a strong passion for health and fitness, and more importantly, he’s originally from Appleton.
This isn’t just a new market.
It’s a hometown expansion.
Why Appleton?
Appleton is a natural next step for Simple Plan.
We’ve already been serving many customers on the east side of Wisconsin through shipping — but this new location allows us to provide a better, more convenient experience with local access.
Instead of waiting on deliveries, customers will now be able to:

grab meals
and stay consistent without the friction
What to Expect from the Appleton Location
Construction is currently underway, with a target grand opening in April.
Once open, the Appleton location will offer a full Simple Plan experience:
Grab-n-go storefront with fresh, ready-to-eat meals
InBody scanner with free body composition scans
Challenges and accountability programs
Meal delivery and subscription options
Partnerships with local gyms and businesses
We’re already working on partnerships in the area, including an upcoming location inside Larkin Strength, making it even easier for clients to access meals where they already train.
More Than a Storefront
This isn’t just about adding another location.
It’s about building something that fits into people’s daily lives:

Parker understands this because he’s been part of it from the inside.
Now he’s bringing that same experience to Appleton.
