Cookie Dough


Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  • 1 tbsp sugar (or substitute of choice)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  2. In a bowl, mix together almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  5. Refrigerate the dough for 10–15 minutes, until firm enough to roll.
