📝 Ingredients (15 cookies)
Cookie Dough
¼ cup almond flour
1 ½ scoops HCODE Snickerdoodle Protein Powder (~45 g)
½ cup almond butter
⅓ cup maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
1 tbsp sugar (or substitute of choice)
½ tsp cinnamon
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a bowl, mix together almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, and cinnamon.
Add the dry mixture to the wet and stir until smooth.
Refrigerate the dough for 10–15 minutes, until firm enough to roll.
